Meet the Founder
Bradley N. Shefrin is a seasoned trial attorney with more than three decades of legal experience in Colorado. Throughout his career, he has focused on construction and general liability defense litigation, partnering with companies of all sizes to protect their interests, resolve complex disputes, and support long-term business growth.
During his tenure at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (formerly Nixon Shefrin Ogburn Drew, P.C.), Brad represented builders, general contractors, engineers, architects, land surveyors, construction trade companies, owners, and other design professionals in a wide range of litigation matters.
Brad has handled hundreds of construction defect cases involving single-family homes, multi-family developments, townhome communities, and high-rise projects. He has also defended construction firms, owners, subcontractors, and trade professionals in disputes related to industrial, manufacturing, and commercial projects of every scale.
Earlier in his career, Brad served as a municipal court prosecutor, trying more than 750 cases, including the widely publicized Nederland frozen body case that inspired the annual "Frozen Dead Guy Days" festival.
Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout his career, Brad brings a balanced, practical, and uniquely neutral perspective to every mediation and arbitration. He also holds American Arbitration Association Certificates in Mediation and Arbitration.
